Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Wander! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please let us know. We’re here to help. We stand behind our products and their quality. Please contact us via email at email@example.com.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition to the information provided, we may request that you supply additional information via survey or interview in an effort to constantly improve our processes. At Wander, we are always striving to provide the best possible service to you – the customer.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will reach out to allow you to decide which option you would like to take in regards to a refund:
- initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
- receive store credit based on the value of your precious purchase
- receive a replacement of the very same product (or a product of similar value)
We will issue a refund within 7 days of inspection of the returned item, but your card issuer's policy dictates when you will receive payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
